Strategic Design Consultants, Inc. (SDC) is a national Interior and Architectural Design Consulting and Design Management firm, founded in 2021 by Maria Lopez.
With over 30 years of experience in the New York and National Market, we are focused on the design and delivery of bespoke workplace interiors solutions that advance client human, operational and business objectives. We are woman-owned, and a certified Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), nationally in the private sector.

Maria brings over 30 years of experience with a variety of client sectors, including contribution to many corporate optimization initiatives during her career. Her role focuses on the managing of local, regional and national accounts, and the delivery of associated projects across North America. She has partnered with a myriad of national and global organizations to support the development of large-scale real estate portfolios.
